"I called and the individual who answered was hard to understand. No worries, I understand some people don't have the full grasp of the English language. However, I had a simple issue which I needed help on to finish. This would have been a quick easy job. The problem is I have health issues and could not finish putting on my lift pump for a 1997 Ford F250HD. I just needed the monkey bolt out on. I was frustrated and had spent the better part of 2 days trying to get this on. I gave up and thought calling a mobile mechanic would resolve the issue. Nope. If you are working on you own car and according to them "if you touched the vehicle we can't help you". I asked him to clarify what he meant by "touch the vehicle" and he just repeated the same thing as above. This was irritating as it didn't understand why touching the vehicle made any difference to getting a bolt put on. I said that makes no sense and this would be a easy job. I just didn't feel like putting the extra effort into it after being frustrated. But this phone call further frustrated me and irritated me even more. So I said so you won't work on a car if the owner of the car has done any work on it? He said correct. I said FU and hung up. So I. Guessing this was liability issue for them. My issue was I needed the vehicle running. I would have signed a release or anything to get the truck rolling.. I guess the guys have plenty of business because they made no effort to find another way or point me in the right direction. Maybe he had a bad day but even then it was just wrong.. "I called this service and they were very kind to me they explain to me how they worked when they were available and what kind of work they do and don't. After considering the amount of time I would have to wait the price and there long list of services I was not able to go with them. But what I can tell you is that there are very friendly very kind very professional and definitely high up in my list for next time I need this kind of service I would recommend calling them asking questions about what they provide and possibly even using them they seem like a great company that will definitely treat you right and speak to you kindly. I give this a 5-star review bass off my phone call alone I just want to make this clear I did not get any service but I was highly impressed by my phone call with them. If you are lucky enough to it be able to get an appointment with them I would say do it. This is my honest opinion and I sincerely give me five star review specifically and I repeat specifically based only on First Impressions from my phone call and questions that got answered during that specific one-time phone call. If you disagree about these people and you feel like I should investigate this more let me know and I will try to use them in the future think of a better term or whole review. Please do not let this take anything away from their five star review as it was not their fault that they had no openings to fix my car as soon as I needed it. By the way I did get a price and I feel like the price was very reasonable considering that they are professionals and a highly competitive work space"

"called to get my two lower ball joints knocked out of the assembly unit for the wheel bearing. they said ohh we cant work on anything that someone has been working on. all i needed was someone with a bigger hammer or stronger air hammer to knock out a damn ball joint.. never call them again and from what the people say around town i should have never wasted my time in the first place"

"We have had THE WORST experience with Bryan! Scheduled the appointment Tuesday for Thursday at 8pm, at 4pm Thursday we received a call that “due to a previous engagement he was unable to make it” and rescheduled us to Friday at 8pm. Friday at 8:05pm we get a call that he hit something and is unable to come out at all, but he would contact “dispatch” and see what to do. The next day, I finally get an email that says I need to reschedule the appointment. I’d be fine with that except the only open days are Tuesday which means I have been waiting on these people for a WEEK to come fix a vehicle! Very very VERY unhappy with what I’ve seen with this company so far, it seems like they don’t care about their customers!"
