Another company made a huge error in sending my acctount to an attorney - they corrected the issues with an email apology coming from attorney office! Which had been displayed to them! I went beyond trying to prove my case.. I shared bank statements to another account that had nothing to do with account I gave and got approved on! I showed them I paid 24k back within 4m with proven paid off statements! They came off rude - harsh and nasty! I didn’t call them for a loan nor any other company! He says if you not in need then loan! Why you pushing me for it! I said cause you called me and approved me for 15k - he the referred me to prevs company for loan! Worst customer service ever!!!"

"Would be zero stars if I could. This place called me several times and I mean several after I had spoken with them and decided to see what they could do with hopeless assurance. By the end of it all, I was lied to about the reason they were unable to assist. It's funny that after I pointed out the lie, I was told it was a mistake on their end and information would have another look. Funny that it's been a couple of weeks and have not heard not a mumbling word considering the calls were damn near back to back in the same day. I had already asked them to not respond to me as I had other options. Don't waste your time here folks, there are more brokers out there if that's the route you're going. UPDATE:Response to your “professional” response; if you told me this is ONLY based off of business and not credit but asks for full social on app(to confirm identity as I was told) and then deny based off misinformation(which I call a LIE), then you clearly gave false information at the start of this process. We were denied off the soft pull of personal credit. And when I explained credit was low, I was told the decision was not based upon personal credit at ALL, but business credit and has not seen anybody get denied due to persona credit. So YES, you did set false expectations and did not clearly identify why the business was denied. Now ultimately I don’t care about the denial, like I said in the text I despise untruth and definitely don’t waste my time!!!"
