"I hate to write a bad review however, I have no choice but too; anyhow I met Reginald Burch through a friend whom I trust dearly. As a result of our meeting Mr. Reginald who is a associated with Parker Advantage Financial Services addressed me with confidents that he could assure me that he could provide a specific service to assist with my credit increase. Reginald presented a solution that seemed realistic to my situation, however the results are far from the truth currently. After making my purchases in full on March 7th, I was told by Reginald that I would I have a tradeline post to my credit on the 9th or the 10th. Reginald continue to push things back on when the tradeline would post that week in March. I was okay with the changes as long as Reginald kelp me posted on when things would eventually post. It was essential that Reginald updated me with the news that my credit had increased because we spoke about this during our first conversation. Per our discussion Reginald mentioned he had to run my credit through a simulator to dictate the proper game plan to repair my credit. Three weeks into nothing happening as a result of my credit, I begin to question Reginald ability to do what he told he would do. Only after I continue to reach out to determine what was going on with Mr. Reginald performance. In which he replied " I need to relax" which resulted in a heated battled about why it is "EXTREMELY" important that we clarify the current situation about providing me with a service that has been the total opposite of what was told to me as a client. From that point I immediately requested my money back and was placed on pause for a few days before I could get a results on when I would get my money. Mr. Reginald called me and mentioned he could get me what I needed in order to increase my credit for a application requirement. Again no results in anything happening with my credit, or any attempt. Based off my prior purchase of a tradeline they request for you to change your address to allow the tradeline to post to your credit. By changing your personal address on your credit that report to the credit bureaus they can not claim that you are who you are without identifying your name to a specific address. My point is Reginald never asked for me to change any information during this process. Again I hate to write bad reviews however, when you're not trying to execute any good practices to prepare yourself for mishaps with your clients there needs to be procedures in place to resolve the issue. I have requested my payment in full and have not heard back from this company."
