"The beginning of the deal started ok , then they had the vehicle for several days after purchased to make a repair which was never completed. This is the first vehicle I’ve bought with out a test drive as it was a mega cab ram and they can be difficult to find. The truck was in there service dept for a def system repair and a rear door lock. Def was competed upon pick up but the door lock was not. When I picked up the truck I noticed the radio was not working ( which controls everything on this truck may I add). He told me that they would take care of it when I got the truck back in. Then he called me back and asked if I could wait until my extended warranty kicked in to make things easier on everyone. I said sure. The salesman was named Mike just in case anyone was wondering. When they called me to schedule the door lock repair about a month later I asked about the radio and another issue. The lady said she would look into it and call me back. I never received another call. Honestly I haven’t driven the truck much so it wasn’t top of my priority list. Well since it got cold again and i realized I had no heater I called to get truck in asap. Dropped it off and now they are wanting $1900.00 for the radio repair ( which controls hvac, heated seats , navigation, toggles between my cameras and many other things) after I was told it would be handled. I sent the log of all of my communication with the sales man to the service advisor and that did nothing. Then I asked to speak to or for the manager to call me and all I was told is he isn’t going to do anything for me. I would highly advise against dealing with these people as they are dishonest and extremely misleading. The more I think about the let’s just wait for the warranty to kick in conversation the more disappointed I am in the entire situation. Then the fact that a manger won’t even speak to me says a lot about the integrity of this dealership and there values or lack there of. Do business with them at your own risk . I will also be filing a complaint with the bbb and Chrysler directly as well as informing the extended warranty company about this places practices . Buyers beware. I reached out like you requested and same result"

"Make sure whatever you buy from here is 100% perfect with no issues before you sign the paperwork and leave the parking lot because they do not stand by their product. I bought a brand new truck from them and noticed a paint defect once I got home. I was thankful I had added the paint warranty when I did the paperwork. Well now I cannot get the dealership to even stand by the product they sold me and help get it fixed. The lady over the phone is rude and laughed at me while I was explaining my frustration about the situation. She refused to allow me to speak to a service manager and would only take down my name and number. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks. They even beg you to leave them a good review on the survey you get from corporate while you’re filling out your paperwork in the finance office, and claim they will send you a check in the mail for filling out the survey. WHAT A JOKE. They want to make sure they get their good review because they will never try to help you if you have any issues with your new vehicle."

"The buying process was simple and the people were nice. The deal wasn't bad but they snuck in a few extra charges at the finance table (shame on me for not paying attention). Beyond that, its the typical (id prefer to have a tooth ache than buy a car experience). They always answer the phone but person that answers cant do anything but take a message and only call back if you want to buy a car. I called them today and received the same story from the lady that answered the phone so I immediately drove to the dealership. 20 minutes later I walked into the dealership for the second time and the story was the same: multiple people with Step One shirts were lounged out on the couches to the right, to the left all of the guys in the corner office were huddled around watching a youtube video and laughing. The finance lady was nice and accommodating but recently moved from another store and had trouble finding the record. She took care of what I needed but all of it could have been done over a 5 minute phone call as opposed to a 2 hour detour to my day."
