"I recently called customer service i was on hold for 30 minutes all i wanted to do was a pin change customer service wasnt allowing me to do a pin change over the phone and i struggle with transportation issues it is very difficult for me to travel one place to another so once i made the time to try to do the pin change in this bank location now they are telling me i have to wait 45 minutes to an hour just for a pin change the wait is very unnecessary i will consider changing different bank institution"

"Unprofessional customer service. My father is a hardworking man that own his own landscaping company. He works first thing in the morning and comes back home in the late evening. My father came here to make a deposit. The bank teller spoke to him very rudely and kicked him out. She belittled him in front of all the clients inside. It’s an embarrassment to have a person with no etiquette working here. I am a bank teller myself and have never treated a client in such manner. If you can’t handle customer service, I suggest you to work in another work field. I suggest this bank to consider the employees they hire because you loose clients when such an unprofessional employer mistreats a client that has been coming here for years."
