"Caveat emptor. Accurate Accounting has no website or pay portal for HOAs/COAs. The whole operation is technologically behind the times and incredibly unprofessional in addition to being a faux and unconcerned "property manager". Although a legal agent, Joan Greene is not a real estate broker and not authorized by Florida law to act as a property manager. If you are a COA/HOA, she won't communicate and be transparent with your board of directors, specifically the treasurer."
