"This Bank Of America has the hardest time maintaining their ATMs. I've been to BofA's all over FL and TX and never seen one with machines this bad. They currently owe me close to a thousand dollars that their machine took after the touchscreen seized up. After they locate my money I will update my rating."
"Just went in to apply for a credit card. The credit card rep (Catherine L) assured me of a feature on a credit card and sold me in to apply. Once I put 99$ down on it, turns out that feature would not apply to me. Go figure. Not sure if I was tricked, or just dealing with an uneducated rep on the matter."
