"Do not go to this Jackson Hewitt. If you're filing something simple you can try your luck! When you file your taxes through a service like Jackson Hewitt, you expect representation if needed through the IRS/audit. Janet assured us that she knew what she was doing but when the IRS notified us that our taxes were filed incorrectly we reached out to her but never received a call back. One day I was able to actually get her on the phone and she assured me she would call me back that day. She never called me back and she has never returned atleast 10 other messages. It's been 4 months since we filed our taxes with Janet at this Jackson Hewitt and we still do not have a return or a return phone call."
