"I have been a loyal customer at this specific branch for over a decade, and my recent experience has compelled me to write this review. During my visit to initiate the opening of a business account, I was greeted by an individual at the front desk whose demeanor was not just unprofessional but egregiously rude. There are several critical issues I must highlight. First, the welcoming attitude one would expect in such a professional setting was starkly absent. The representative seemed predisposed to the notion that opening a bank account with Bank of America was beyond our reach. This assumption not only reflected a lack of basic customer service skills but also a profound ignorance regarding their own procedures and services. The constant need to seek clarification on simple questions, requiring her to go back and forth between us and her colleagues repeatedly, was baffling. I found myself compelled to reiterate my questions multiple times due to her inability to communicate clearly, significantly complicating what should have been a straightforward process. Such a level of service is unacceptable and is leading me to withdraw my funds from Bank of America and transfer them to Chase Bank. Residing in Celebration and being well-acquainted with a considerable number of residents here, I assure you that the community will be informed of the deplorable service rendered by this branch. Were this to have occurred in my own business, the individual in question would have been fired immediately. The absence of even the most basic principles of customer service was palpable and utterly inexcusable."

"Worst customer service. They never pick up the phone, on a Monday 11am the recording Still says they aren’t taking calls. The list of things they can’t help you with is longer than the list of things they can help you with. Maybe the days of banking relationships are over."

"Poor customer service. Has been waiting for nearly 2 hours in the lobby full of people . While I have been waiting 2 workers has left on lunch even though they have a long wait line and other 3 were chatting with each other for quite some time. I have personal and business account with BoA and has been their customer for 8 years and cannot understand why they are treating their clients in such a manner. While I am writing this review another bank worker is sitting in an empty office and enjoying her snack . I see also a huge amount of negative reviews on this branch with a exactly same complaints for the past 4 years and don’t know why the problem has not been resolved already since it’s happening for so long . Bank of America Celebration, get it together."

"Bank of America itself is fine. I'm reviewing this branch because the other day I went there for help resetting a pin, turns out the "receptionist" or "greeter" could've helped me, instead he said there would be a 3 hours wait and scheduled me to go somewhere else, days later. I went to the other branch with my scheduled appointment, took 5 minutes."
