"If you have any other option for a bank, AVOID TRUSTCO. They are always behind on posting transactions, and they will literally avoid posting your deposits until a day or two later just to rack up overdraft fees on you. Terrible customer service who absolutely are able to help if they wanted to, but generally refuse and provide inconsistent "excuses" in order to avoid taking accountability. Do not get an account with TrustCo."
