"Plan on spending 4 to 5 hours minimum getting unloaded if you have a full 53' trailer. They stop frequently to deal with local pick ups, and are in no hurry to get their job done. When you're greeted with "Ugh, take it back" when you arrive, that pretty much tells you everything you need to know."
"Went here for a Lyft Delivery. Horrible experience. If you want to use Lyft delivery have the item outside ready to go. Do NOT waste my valuable time. And tip the driver too. Its part of our pay."
"I spend thousands of dollars here and never have any problems when ordering or when delivered. The issue is every time we use the “will call” option we collect our paperwork and then have to stand and wait for a forklift driver to allow us to collect tires. The forklift drivers will straight up ignore you and drive off! ( 3 of them did so today) I’ve had to wait multiple times 20 minutes or more at times"
