"I found the Accounting&Business Consultants site on the Internet and wanted to get advice on my taxes. I called there and they told me that I had to wait on the phone for 2 hours, after which they would call me back. I waited for their call, but no one called me back. The next day I called them again, after which they asked me - "Did I find their business through somebody recommendations or just found their page on the Internet?" I said that I just found their page on the Internet. They told me - "What they have serious clients and if I just found their page on the Internet and no one recommended them to me, then they don’t want to take me as a client, because they only work with serious clients for a long time. I asked them - "Why then did you tell me that I had to wait on the phone for 2 hours and you wasted my time?" This is very desorganised and unprofessional - I don't know what kind of serious clients work with you, as you are very disorganized and disrespectful!"
