"Horrible experience ! I came early to file my taxes. They open at 9am, I was there at 8:45 am. I entered the place and sat down. I asked for Ricardo. They told me he was buying breakfast and would be there shortly. Another customer came in asking for him and was told to wait as well. Ricardo comes in and then tells me he can’t help me at the moment although I came in first. He said his priority was to help the second lady who came in because she had come several times for his service and he wasn’t there. He told me it would be fast. At that moment I was upset because my time is also of value and I had come in first. If he wasn’t buying breakfast at the time before the second lady had come in , I would have been assisted first. Therefore, I decided to wait. An hour passed and he was still with the second lady. I got very frustrated and left. My time is of value and I had requested the day off to come to this place and get assisted. However, that was not the case, not even an apology was offered. I am not content at all with the service provided. No respect was given. Never going back there again !!!"
