"Liars, thank God I didn't pay them upfront.. but it's been almost 3 weeks since I signed the tax forms and they haven't sent to IRS.. no one answers calls or emails.. I guess I'll be finding someone else.. they probably on the verge of going out of business"

"Has anyone thought on reporting these people ? Have seen a lot bad reviews on social media where they have done taxes and have not sent them to IRS and nobody answers the phone or they should at least post on social media explaining they are delayed or call customers and explain . Also I have been calling for weeks (I call every hour.)... One week Joan Jimenez who did my taxes sent me the forms to sign I sent them back and I never saw it was received by IRS, I had to call a week after and he hadn't seen the sign documents I guess. Well I called a week later and he then told me they were having trouble with their system and that the problem was due to updates and that was causing the issue with them not being able to send no taxes electronically but that the owner was working on it with the IRS., I gave them 1 week and called again ..... nothing! Last Friday I called and the owner I guess was trying to place a call when my call went through directly and he answered ... well he basically blamed his employees and how he was trying to hire new ones and that all this situation would get cleared up and then he checked system and told me my taxes were all good and sent to the IRS and that they were received to check this past Monday or Tuesday and that I should be able to see it online..... Guess what ?? Nothing yet !! I don't know what to think because I have been with them for years!!! never had an issue til last year and I gave them another try this year because i like being a loyal customer but this is really weird and upsetting maybe they should get reported. My next step is probably calling Help me Howard to expose them ..."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had been going for several years with Global Tax & Accounting Group. However, last year, when they moved to at home services, their customer service SUCKS badly! I submitted my paperwork to them on Thursday, ,02/01/2024 and still have not received a response from them, by which I mean an actual person calling to tell me the status or update if whether or not my taxes were filed, and if so, the amount that I would be getting back, like they used to years ago. All I have received is an automated e-mail saying that they would get back with me within 48 - 72 hours, that was over a week ago! I have tried calling them numerous times, and can't get an actual person on the phone when calling the cell phone or the business phone. STAY AWAY!!!"

"Would give 0 stars if I could. I have done my taxes with them for 4 years straight and this time they received my paperwork and ghosted me after confirming they were working on my taxes. Totally bad customer service and they have lost a loyal client. I’d suggest run from this place!"

"I do not know how mark works, so this isnt about him. Its about his secretary/ wife thats suppose to assist him. THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I've received in my life poor responses, completely rude and lacking professionalism. do not recommend dealing with this person"
