Tires Plus

"This is the worst Tires Plus I’ve ever been to. I’m only giving 2 stars because I genuinely appreciate Tires Plus, have their credit card and will continue to be a patron, just NOT for this location! I went in for an oil change, alignment, diagnostic and asked them to top my fluids because my “low wiper fluid” warning was on. I took it in on a Friday afternoon and told told them they could keep the car until Sunday before they close and to call and let me know it’s ready. Well Sunday afternoon rolls around and I never received a call, so I call them only to realize they’re closed and never called me ?? Okay whatever I can live with that, I should’ve just walked in before they closed, my bad. I picked up my car early Monday morning and wouldn’t ya know, the oil warning is off but the “low wiper fluid” warning is blaring at me, mind you, they had to turn off my oil light manually ?? So they never topped off my fluids like they said on paper and I was completely out of wiper fluid. No biggie, it was complimentary anyway. But now I’m concerned, did they really do the alignment ? Did they actually run a diagnostic they charged me for ? Did they really use full synthetic oil in my car ? It’s the little things that add up. This isn’t my first rodeo with this location, so I should have known better because they pulled a similar stunt the first time I went. But needless to say, it will be my last. I will travel the extra distance just to avoid these people and hope for better service at a different location. I don’t even care that the customer service is terrible, I just want honest quality work done to my dang car that obviously has a mechanical problem, but all they could recommend was new tires. HAHA!"

"Good price on Bridgstone tires. Staff was cool. Manager took personal responsibility for alignment issue and had corrected after 2nd try. Just need to follow up on the appointment bookings and in stock tires. Had to wait additional 45 minutes to come from another location. Not a big deal for me."

"Great service! Mike took care of me from the start, making sure the price was right for all 4 tires(Bridgestone Alenza). The tires were delivered the same day in the afternoon and was able to install all 4 new tires. I would recommend going here if you need new tires for your vehicle, plus the cover lifetime rotation with purchase"

"Tyler provided me with EXCELLENT service! I needed a new tire, and finding one that fits my car is very much like finding a Unicorn in South Florida. This tire needed to be special ordered (Pirelli 275/35 R21). They got it the next day, kept in touch with me, took my information over the phone, and when my car arrived at the garage, it was all finished in just under an hour. These guys really took good care of me, 10 out of 10 service! Great job!!!"

"Today was not a good day for customers service for me. Let me start by saying that I’ve been a customer for many many years now. But today I saw my car was done and the keys on the counter and the manager kept on taking new customers. It took 30mins to give me my keys and it took less than 1 minute to finalize my transaction. I get he’s by himself and definitely needed more help but I would’ve appreciated if he would’ve taken care of me quickly and been on my way. Secondly the tech that did the service didn’t even bother to fully remove the sticker from the previous oil change and just placed a new on next to it. Also I asked for full synthetic and the miles for the next service don’t show that. So I’m not sure what oil they used. Last one was they didn’t even bother to reset the service interval in y car. Usually have a great experience but today was not the day. I need to know what oil they used."
