"Best experience. Central Tire is a clean, well managed Commercial Tire Center. Lots of room for large trucks. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The facility is geared for large truck service, but Central Tire can do it all . . Heavy Equipment, Forklifts as well as pickup trucks and even cars."

"Over the last 2 years we have purchased 18 tires for our trucks. Yet on the last year, we have had to replace 6 because of lumps. The management claims that because of wear and tear, the tires are out of warranty. However, they do not adress the issue of the continued lumps/bumps on the tires they sell. The last time we had to argue vehemently with the management. The service tech even agreed that those tires had "bad lots" with many coming back with swerving treads and/or lumps. Very poor management service, low quality tires. Below see how the "management" will continue to write about thread, completely ignoring the continued issue of their defective tires. They are proving my point. The manager and tech looked at the tire and gauged wear and tear (only on the side with the defect) ignoring the tread wear any where else on the tire. It is quite obvious that a tire with a factory bump will wear unevenly and faster on the side with thr bump..."

"Used to take my truck here until i noticed when i come for an alignment the front steer tires are always “damaged” and need to be replaced. The office does communicate with the techs and its ran poorly. Techs are not very helpful and their diagnosis and recommendations for work don’t line up. They are either lying or guessing. Taking my business elsewhere and you should too."

"This used to be a decent spot to bring my commercial fleet to once upon a time. They now run the place as if we are in a 3rd world country. Everyone in the office sits in their chair and has no clue as to what's happening in the shop. My vehicle was in a service bay nearly 5 hours, untouched. My driver waited 5 hours only to be told it wasnt able to be done. I feel that was said out of spite, as I immediately took my vehicle to their competitor and was assisted and out within an hour. This place is a joke and has lost a good client with an active fleet. Very unprofessional service, communication, and quality of work. Save yourself the headache, and go somewhere else."

"I called Central Tire for roadside assistance to fix a flat on a semi truck. I spoke with Henry, who really understood the urgency of getting my truck back on the road. He was happy to quote me a (very fair) price over the phone & the mechanic showed up within 35 minutes. The repair ended up being only $3 more than what he had quoted me. I wish every shop was this easy to work with!"
