"Today I got a flat tire and went to visit this center to get helped. I am a Costco member and was told by an employee that they only work by appointment. This is ridiculous and does not make sense at all. It does not serve the purpose of fixing flat tires as if I knew when I was going to get one. It was very inconvenient and upsetting."

Quick service & very trustworthy, then I was transfer to Brandon D. He took care of my car needs, was able to set up an appointment, make an special order so I would have the tire as soon as possible, even though place was busy I notice he always show a great customer services and provided a nice answer to customers phone calls. "Went in because of a leak, I’ll see if the job solved the issue in a couple days. Calvin was great in squeezing me in on a busy day but the tech that worked on my car, Dominick, was extremely careless with my wheels. I understand the edges sometimes get scuffed or scratched when slipping the tire on, but the entire face of the rim is now covered in bites and scratches. The warranty repair was free of charge but now I’ll have spend over $125+ to fix the damage on the rim. Needless to say, don’t go here and if you do be sure to get someone more careful to work on your tires/wheels."

"Ok experience, this location does not honor reservations. I had to special order my size tires. I showed up 4 days before the day I wanted to change them. I Ordered the tires and setup a reservation. I had a 1pm reservation for a busy day after a holiday. But the store never honored my reservation. I arrived 15 minutes before 1pm and they had 8 walk ins. I had to get in the back of the line and waited 2.5 hrs to change my tires when I had a reservation. Besides that everything else was ok."
