"Be careful about Final HUD. They make mistakes. They are not trustworthy. They make mistake my closing. They put seller's document stamp on my side. Their explanation was seller asked for it??? I didn't have any agreement with seller about it. I wouldn't trust them. If I purchase house one more time, they are no no. Jenny Pontius was my prepared and didn't even apologized. Thanks God, I called the seller explained the situation and we fixed between each other otherwise it would b a hassle to fix. The lady who I sign the paperwork in their office I don't remember her name, she is very nice and they are very knowledgeable but she forgot to ask the problem that I am having and I need to ask again to fix. Overall; Reliability is 1 star, Courtesy is 3 stars, Speed is 5 stars, Accuracy is 1 star. Since money matter to us, I would go with 1 star. Even if you go with them, do not sign the paperwork before showing to another expert."
