"I wish I could give 0 stars but it seems that’s not an option. Got my oil changed here December 12th and on January 18th my engine blew because of the lack of oil in my car and my mechanic said my oil lid was not screwed on properly. The oil exploded out of the lid due to heat and got all over my engine and even spit out the oil dipstick!! when I asked for some sort of assistance or compensation as I’m now out of my only transportation to and from work I just kept getting bounced around with no actual resolution. I’ve been told I would get call backs with no calls, been on hold then hung up on. Very unprofessional and disrespectful I am extremely dissatisfied with my service here and WILL NOT be returning. But if I sue id be wrong? Learn how to take responsibility for the damage you’ve caused!!"
"First time at Take 5. Excellent experience as Jamar and the crew were fast, professional, and friendly. Cold bottle of water was also a nice touch. Great communication within the crew added their speed and efficiency. I will definitely return for next service as well as refer friends and family. THANK YOU!"
"Went on a Friday and Saturday 8am I was calling the shop asked Jamare if they top fluids he said YES. My coolant was empty so I pulled into Dollar General filled went to Orlando. Before leaving double checked and it all leaked out and it was pouring out. Had to pay for a tow and a rental for 11 days because they over torque the oil filter. Now they refuse to pay for damages. What a joke. Poor business as it completely their fault but they want to deny it. Stay away. 121.00 is not cheap for oil change. Go somewhere where you are not being taken advantage of. Small claims court it is with many people who will join with the same issue."

"I seriously don’t know how you can rate these guys anything less than five stars. They made me feel like a VIP. They brought me a bottle of water immediately upon arrival and assured me it would not be long to get me in. They were right. They didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of s&$t that I didn’t need and were quick with the service. They all seemed to have a great sense of humor and they seem like a fun gang. They’re such a great bunch, I wish it would have taken longer. 10 stars."
