"I'm sitting here with my children now. I bought 4 new tires and when they were putting them on noticed a caliper issue and a spacer was on my tire. They told me that ot was unsafe that I should replace the caliper asap. But instead of sending me home with a unsafe car. The gave me a different tire to make sure me and my children were safe until I change the caliper. Then once I do they said they would put the other tire I bought back on. Definitely recommend this place. They actually care and pay attention to details. Travis and Cyle you guys are absolutely amazing. Along with the entire team. Thank you."

"Last time we use this location. Sent my wife there to replace two tires. They broke off the center caps on the back tires. We had a tire replaced here last year same car. No center caps broken. But this time they break them on bothe tires. Either an inexperienced employee or someone who just is a brute. No compensation offered. Then they damaged the inside door handle on the driver side. Once again some brute probably the person who broke the center caps broken the door handle.Completely unprofessional. We will never go to this discount tire store and probably will reconsider any in the future. Completely soured me to this company."
"Always incredible service. We stopped with a flat on our way from Fort Myers to Orlando. I needed a new tire but they didn’t have the right one. They put on a loaner and then sent me to a store in Orlando who ordered the right tire and will replace the loaner tire. They always go out of their way with customer service."
"Update: Sadly, things have changed. Went for a mount and balance. Not a problem when I spoke to Cyle. Got to the store Cyle was not available so I spoke to Brad. Brad is not helpful or knowledgeable. Went against everything Cyle said on the phone wasted my time and proved his ignorance. No longer a customer. Cyle, Super helpful programming my TPMS. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I didn't purchase my wheels and tires here but he was still willing to help me out getting programed. I am definitely a future customer and highly recommend."
