"I worked for Cheri for a long time before I had to move out of state. Cheri’s sales are always clean and like walking into an upscale store. We work to provide an experience that is clean and swift for all loved ones dealing with loss. Offering a cleaning before and after sale and a half price day to liquidate smaller items. Cheri is full service start to finish with the option to donate to the poor at the end. Cheri always has people waiting to get in the door and an unimaginable following. Great person and business"

"I would NEVER do business with her! She claims to be this Christian lady and she is not. She will rip you off in a heartbeat. All she is worried about is collecting money."

"Cheri and her team are some of the hardest working people I've ever met. Her estate sales are clean, neat, well organized and reasonably priced."

"I regret hiring Cheri to do the estate sale. If I could rate her lower than a one star I would. There were more issues then can be listed here. I would recommend if you hire her to have an iron clad contract written by your attorney with an inventory list and you be in charge of cash box and detail sales list at all times. Hopefully she won’t run off with the cash box and sales list without counting money with you like she did me. I was literally running after her when she took off with cash box only to have her shoo me away with her hand as she drove away. The police were called and tracked her down. There is a dispute on monies owed, to date she refuses to provide detailed sales list of how amount reached. She added additional fees then originally agreed upon. The house was damaged during sale. She did not fix or put money towards repairs. When she left she left with items strewn over yard that had been forsale ( took 5 of us over an hour to bring items inside), trash scattered over house, doors she’d taken off hinges were still off hinges when she left. Customers were inside and outside house with one stating he’d just handed her half amount in cash of what bedroom suite listed ( even though she’d told me she would not sell the large items half off on last day). I had reinterated that during preparation for sale any underwear or bras were to be trashed and under no circumstances to be sold or at sale. She had assured me they would not be there yet at sale in multiple locations in house bras and underwear in baskets on display for sale. I’d asked any family photos, keys, medical records, documents etc be handed directly to me. Just before sale I saw frames with family members on display and prices 25 cents to a dollar each. I scooped them up and took them to her again requesting these items be brought to me and not sold. She shrugged and said it wasn’t her problem or responsibility and she would not point items out to me. She had agreed for religious purposes not to work sundown Friday to Sundown Saturday in house or on project. But each Saturday she entered house and worked and was upset when told to stop.Cheri kept saying over and over that she is a Christian and on the board at her church in Avon Park . She literally said a prayer with group in front of customers in the morning and took off unannounced with the cash box hours later."

"We contracted with Cheri's to liquidate my parents estate with an understanding that when the sale was over the house would be completely empty and clean. When asked about a contract she laid down the "I'm a Christian... " card, but in retrospect I should have demanded a contract. Her fees and percentage of the total sale were far too generous for herself and she did not complete all the work she promised. Today, several months after the sale, I paid someone else to go into the house and remove not only leftover items belonging to my parents, but other people's belongings she brought in for the sale as well as trash left piled in the garage. To make matters worse, she appears to screen her calls (a sign I should have seen before) so talking to her about her lack of carry through on what she promised is hopelessl. If you are looking for an estate sale business in the Sebring FL area... Keep looking and pass Cheri's by!"
