"This was my first time using this company. I really wanted this to work out but Pepe was one of the rudest people I've met. I've dealt with disrespectful men at my job many times but I didn't expect it from someone I was paying $135 to do my taxes. From the moment we stepped into his office, my boyfriend and I felt such negative energy from him. He didn't listen to a word I told him and barely let me finish a sentence. My boyfriend had to step in and speak because of how disrespectful and arrogant his attitude was. For years I got back about $1400 on my return, yet Pepe told me I owed taxes. After querying it, he reran the numbers and all I got was $70. He seemed so quick to just get things over with that he didn't bother to ask much questions or try to help me get my maximum return. He blamed the low amount on an error in my paperwork but when I checked with my job, the deductions were correct as they've always been. If we had not already been waiting for 2-3 hours to be attended, we would have immediately left that office. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere next year."
