"I just called this morning to find out if this office handled a landlord tenant breach of contract and no one would even tell me yes or no unless I paid a $250 consultation fee! The receptionist was pretty rude and dismissive. Other reviews seem to be positive having spoken to attorney Nelson himself. Very poor customer service or should I say lack of. Maybe she is having a bad Monday morning!"
