"I will not be using tax savers again. I understand things come up and businesses get busy however, if I knew it would take nearly 9 months for my taxes to finally be filled I would have done it myself in the first place. With frequent follow ups and calls to the office, the process was extremely delayed. They also charged me $300 once they finally completed this simple job. Never again."

"I will only state the truth which is we contacted them at a reasonable time. We had to email multiple times to get a response after they had agreed to preparing our taxes. They filed our taxes late.. I wish that was the worst part. After they realized there was a problem with our taxes they reached out and we stated we wanted would rather file separately and my husband would continue to use this company and I would find another. They then filed my taxes without my signature or consent. I do not recommend as now I’m stuck trying to amend my taxes while paying over 1,000. I truly tried to have patience with this company and understand it was a busy time for them but after they filed without my consent I had to advise others not to use them. Please just use caution."
