"I used the previous firm (Olsen Lynch) for Seven years prior to Benjamin Sinkunas purchasing the company in mid 2023. The firm inadvertently failed to include $9500 in deductions. I pointed out the mistake to Ben and he acknowledged the error and said he would amend the return. Since that date he hasn't returned my phone calls or emails after a dozen or more attempts to reach him. My wife and I feel bad for the receptionist (Erin) because she is being abused by clients that are at their wits end. I could not believe the lack of professionalism from a CPA firm so I looked at their status with the State and it turns out Ben is not a CPA. He owns the company but apparently was unable to pass the exam. He recently dissolved his company in Orlando under the same name with many upset clients. Beware! This is a extremely unprofessional company and it explains why they have Google rating of less than "2"."

"Hi Brenda, We want you to be aware that we have been trying to firm up the date for the preparation of our personal and corporate tax returns since we submitted the information to your office on March. This applies also to our bookkeeping for 2022, which we have prepaid. We have called a few times since then and talked to your staff, but they are not able to tell us when our tax returns will be ready. We are getting concerned because we don’t want to pay penalties and interest. We hope that you are doing well and that this message gets to you so that we can find out when our returns will be ready. Thank you and hope to hear back from you or your staff soon."

"Couldn't pay me to use them again. Have worked in conjunction with CPA's for decades. Have never had ONE make any errors on our returns. Sad to say thos office made errors on our returns going back years according to the IRS. I'd give minus stars if possible."
