"What can I say? Sheree Akins at Frontier Title Group was simply awesome! I very rarely give stellar reviews (let alone take the time to review at all) but I must say Sheree deserves this review. She was professional, knowledgeable, insightful, thorough, efficient, resourceful and patient. "My experience with Frontier Title Group was the best and easiest part of my refinance experience. I asked for a quote from their website and in less than 24 hours heard back from Sheree, who explained in detail each section of the quote (what was required by law, what the company charged as their fees, etc). Along with that quote was a promise that they would not tack on any additional last minute fees, a promise that they kept! Sheree worked with my mortgage company to make our closing experience as smooth and painless as possible. When she noticed some discrepancies on the paperwork that our bank sent over, she notified them right away so that we could reschedule with correct documents instead of resigning papers.
