"AND now over a month after closing we received a letter that the deed did not transfer due to the title company sending paperwork with the WRONG description. As the home sellers we are not aware if we even had a choice in choosing a title company. We had Anclote title company before and they were awesome. We do not recommend Care title company due to multiple occasions of no communication. A person should not have to practically beg for a return phone- email or text. We understand people have very busy days at work but if a company can’t spare a max of 5 minutes of time to respond in any sort of way to a client it speaks volumes -they don’t care."
