"If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. Been using them for almost 5 years and now my tax returns are nowhere to be found. I have to keep calling and emailing to get any sort of updates. I have been patient but now it’s just unprofessional. I was advised the software vender they use has my tax return and no idea when I will get it. The IRS released my funds that were supposed to be direct deposited on 3-9-22 and here we are the 3-23-22 and nothing. They should be providing updates but nothing. I’m sure they are using the same software and some people don’t even know they will not get their returns. This is my first step to bring this issue to light. I will be filling complaints everywhere I can since I have to be my own advocate! Buyer beware using them this year and who knows how long moving forward. The authorities will be notified as well believe that!"

"I went last year to this on a recommendation, saying they help out to do things properly. At fault, I didn’t notice till recently I was charged $400 from my tax refund in 2021. Not only was I rushed during my appointment but I was lied to. This is shameful, disrespectful, and predatory behavior. I haven’t gotten any responses from Farrah Cruz despite emails and calls. I will be submitting this to the better business bureau to hopefully save some people this coming tax season from this harmful practices. Save your money and go else where."
