"Fingerprinting appointment set up for 7:10am but when I entered the building and took the elevator to the 3rd floor - nobody was there. After multiple attempts of calling the number listed on Google (also a note on the door that states to call this number), and knocking, there was no answer. Their Google listing states that they open at 7:30am, while their website says 7am on Fridays BUT the sign on the door at the location states 8am.. I feel like having accurate operating hours is something extremely basic that any business owner would at least ensure is correct. Additionally, if you don't open until a certain time, I highly recommend making sure that your online scheduler is correct and doesn't allow people to make appointments for times that you are not open. TLDR: - Not open for appointment time, with operating hours being incorrect on their site, Google and on their main entrance - Online scheduler will allow you to make appointments for times that the business itself is not open (at time of writing)"

"I need to bring it to your attention that your service is seriously flawed. I had an appointment today for fingerprinting at your location on 5401 S Kirkland rd. I was informed by your front desk representative that my appointment work not be the time I had scheduled. Note, I am a local physician, it was already difficult to find the availability to make this appointment work today, I have a very limited schedule today in particular. I had to drive 45 minutes to your location to be informed that I would have to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time to get the finger printing done. I do not have to time to wait in your office, this is why there are appointments. If your company cannot keep their appointments they need to perhaps schedule less of them, or time then more efficiently. Today about an hour and a half off my valuable time was wasted to get nothing accomplished. I will be addressing this issue with identogo as well. Let this be a warning to others that this location has this issue. I only wish I would have read others reviews here prior to booking my appointment."

"DO NOT USE A & D PROSE FIRM LLC. They are a fraudulent company that will take your money and will not complete any of the work. The owner of this company is Alfreda Siplen. I have been fighting with her for two years for a refund. She always says it’s coming but I have yet to receive one,But she’s taking all these wonderful trips."

"What an atrocious business. Had an appointment at 2PM scheduled by my firm. I arrived at 1:45PM and wandered around until 2:10PM with nobody in site. Tried calling and nobody answered. There was a gentleman working for "Proficiency Background" (another fingerprinting firm in the building) that tried to help me. Save your time and schedule it with them instead. I would give A&D 0 stars if I could. *Edit* the response by the business is a complete lie. No phone call or email was relayed. On top of poor customer service, they're liars as well."

"I was initially sent to this company for their finger printing services today, by my employer. However; I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Alfreida who also assisted me with a document that I needed notorized. She was very pleasant, informative and was able to fit in the notarization without a prior appointment. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in the area. Thank you again Bernadette"
