"They are expensive and in my opinion charge a lot of money for something that requires little work and few files to get the job done. They put the month on the form they sent my daughter to sign. Not knowing when she would sign the form. And it was the following month before she signed the form. Also I got the form my daughter signed allowing me to remove her name from the land title. But I wasn't provided a copy of the new title with only my name on it. For $360 I expected a copy of the new title. I would recommend you shop around for a faster,cheaper,and more efficient title company!"
