"An absolutely horrible company. How they manage to stay in business is beyond my comprehension. They claim to be a wealth management company and then, provide no information on how they can help or provide assistance. Investing your wealth requires trust, which Audrey and Ruggie Wealth do not understand. The company wants detailed, personal information, which I mistakenly handed over. I learned my lesson. I still have no idea what your company offers. Ruggie Wealth prescreens over the phone by asking all the questions, instead of providing any type of answer. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Also, not all answers are set in stone, especially when you do not know your options, which again, Audrey, refused to state. So much for the term “wealth management.” It seems like an oxymoron for your company. RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW: Ruggie Wealth is in full damage control now. We have fake 5 stars reviews from people a week or so after I posted the review. Now, an HR formatted response from the owner. For the record, there were no exchanges. It was just your company interrogating me for information, while never allowing access to any information. I was told rather smugly that if I wanted to know anything about your investment strategy it would be a 3 K fee as she slammed down the phone. Very professional. You are the only company, which operates in this manner. I spoke to five other companies and none of them treated me with such disrespect and disregard for my financial well being. It must be nice to pass over clients with a wealth investment of 1.05 million. In further discussion with other Wealth Management companies, we invested additional cash that was in Money Market accounts, in addition, to what I previously told Audrey. Hence, why in person discussions are much better than over the telephone. BTW...Audrey clearly stated over the phone she did not care about bad reviews."
