"This was the worst tax people I have ever used. they totally messed up our return last year even when we brought in our returns from prior years they said it was wrong to file like we had been. we researched it and showed them how it should be. they finally agreed with us but buy then they sent in the return done wrong causing us to loose over $600.00. They constantly promise to return our calls to correct the problem but never do. Now they say " The tax person who worked for them no longer does and therefor they can not help us" If you use them and something goes wrong you are on your own. I have met with several people who have used them and have had issues and are getting no help. This is a cheep place to get a poor return with no warranty or customer service. You are on your own. good luck if you use these people."
