"After 10 years & 2x’s being burned in about the same manner. Once a problem starts, withdraw everything. They string you along until you are almost broke then Unexpectedly just close your account rather then deal with you fairly. If they think you’ll give them problems, as they did to me. They’ll strand you out of state with account difficulties & refuse to do anything. I have 1000 emails from over the years ending (Wishing You A Happy Life) But after being left like this, I now considering that some kind of sick joke & myself a complete idiot for giving them a second chance. There’s no loyalty Just lawyers you won’t be able to afford to get your money back. Be careful with the Capital Access with The VISA Platium accounts. My problems started after noticing money disappearing. I was told by my agent of 10 yrs I caught them in a catch 22. Of course she has now chosen to side with RJ but wouldn’t you if that’s where your bread is buttered. I’m a complete fool & inside joke of the entire office staff who as a final humiliation being depositing another customers check into my account just before closing it. They recently called threatening with lawyers to add to my difficulties. I couldn’t recommend more highly calling the CFPB immediately if problem occur. Don’t trust RAymond James at all. They are brutal once they get you in this position."
