"These guys set me up with “ Pearl Holding “. Very unprofessional company. I called to pay my bill and they tried to add a $5 surcharge that was never explained when I signed up with them initially. When I asked to explain to me why and options to possibly void the $5 charge I was hung up on. Why would a company hang up on a customer attempting to pay his $173 car insurance bill? Very unprofessional. STAY AWAY."

"I have been a faithful, paying customer for two months now, and I am beginning to wonder if this place is a scam. My experience seems to match the one negative review on here. The positive reviews must be fake. The customer service is horrible. The numbers and names on the website seem to be fake as it does not match the voicemail name when you call. Other numbers they provide are not in service. I have bank statements for proof that I have made on-time, consistent payments, and am now being notified that my policy has been cancelled. They are now requesting I pay nearly 300% more than what was originally quoted. I’ve never seen such unprofessional customer service. Hopefully someone will actually reach out to me here before I report this company to the BBB and COC."
