During over one and half year investing 50% of my 401k, I had a mix experience: • Advisory for your investment is up to you. If you have a good knowledge of market and its products, you are better off. If you don't, you would not get much help here. • Client services are seen only on advertisements, issuing magazine, and announcing school opening. For client services, YOU NEED TO SERVE YOUR CLIENTS FIRST. • I, as a client, experienced: °leaving messages twice, did not get responses, °delays for my requests a few times- the things that get done with a telephone call in 24 hous in other companies, takes weeks at RJ., and sometimes not completely. °promises are rarely kept. And when I asked for something, else happened. After a few of the disappointing points, I left RJ."
