"I was referred to The Upgrade Lawyers by an attorney. Tried to book a consult via their website but never heard from anyone. Finally called a few weeks later, left a message and received a return call from one of the attorneys telling me I would receive a call the following business day. Never heard from anyone, so I called again and left another message. Received a return call from an assistant who took my contact info and said she would put a message out. All in all, it took 4 weeks to actually speak to someone, except that Ryan S., the family law attorney, thought it appropriate to call me while she was driving in the car with her kids literally screaming in the background. She told me she was on vacation. After trying to explain my situation and get info on how they could help, she told me she couldn’t speak to me anymore and hung up on me without letting me get another word in. I never received a follow up call. This “company” is wholly unprofessional and a waste of your valuable time. Do not give them a cent of your money. ZERO stars!!"
