"Very weak attorney. My case was stretched unnecessary for 4 years, the other party always got away with postponing the trial. I was constantly asked to provide more "evidence" like photos, videos and filled out questionnaires that I had to sign and get notarize and they were all the same questions. Their entire business is centered around getting very quick settlements, avoiding going to trial and collecting their very high 40% cut. In our case, the HOA wanted to settle right away. HOA's first offer was a major low ball, only 1/4 of what we were asking. Surprisingly, Matt's team pressured us constantly into settling. I was getting call after call, urging us to settle. They completely ignored the issues we brought up. They didn't even add up all of our expenses or read the documents we sent them. In the end, they opened us up to a HUGE Liability because they didn't do their job. Knowing what I know now, I would never hire them."
