"I would never recommend. Received a traffic infraction and was referred by a friend. Shana the legal assistant failed to file in their system. As a result Mindy did not show up to my court date. My license was suspended. Problem is I had NO IDEA. I found out when I was pulled over my a police officer in Punta Gorda visiting my mother. Whole family in the car, the officer said my license was suspended for failure to appear in court. Mind you. I’d already paid. The officer stated had my mom not been in the car to drive, I’d been taken to jail. On Saturday I had tried to renew the registration on my car and I couldn’t. My license was suspended again! Turns out I was supposed to take a drivers course and pay court fees. No one from mindys office communicated this to me. Thorough email or mail. They are claiming “the system shows it was emailed”. I asked for date and time ot was sent. So far one has not be provided. I’d bet any money one was never sent. Find another lawyer is my recommendation."

"Beware of hiring this law firm for your traffic violations! Hired Mindy to take care of my husbands traffic citation. The office is impossible to get ahold of anyone. I kept receiving letters in the mail that my husbands license was about to be suspended if something wasn’t submitted in time. I called the office and was reassured that everything was being taken care of. Lo and behold my husbands license was suspended. I called again to see what could/should be done. I was told that they would look into it and would get back to me by the end of the day. That was a Friday morning and when no one reached out to me near the end of the day, I tried calling back. One one answered yet again. Now we would have to wait until Monday to get it handled. No one ever fixed this problem for us. They only took our money. We hired another attorney that took care of everything in a matter of minutes. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone!"
