Seriously though, I didn't think it was legal to PERSONALLY represent someone on an HOA board and then charge the ENTIRE community for it. I'm pretty sure that's illegal, but whatever. If you're a corrupt HOA board member that's probably been stealing from your own community and neighbors for the past 50 years, he's the guy! But when it comes to being honest, not so much."

"Pay for play lawyer who writes his legal opinions around what an HOA president or influential stakeholder requests the outcome to be rather than take the time to do research and evaluate legal validity of legal positions. Uses scare tactics to drive this paid deliverable scenario's desired outcomes. Did zero research into state statues and association by laws in writing his opinion as outlined in the "letter" regarding an assessment that was unfairly passed to homeowners at our association. Accused our residents of performing "illegal" activity that was approved and ordered by HOA board members in writing. Icing on the cake was actually drafting and mailing a certified letter to go out with someone else's name on it."
