"I was looking for a circle cutter and it was half the price at Hobby Lobby compared to the competition. While shopping I came across this great piece of furniture to organize my crafts."
"Very large selection for home decor, but non-sale items are way overpriced. I had one simple return and was second in line. After helping the first person, the cashier closed the register and told me to get in the other line behind another customer who was purchasing a cart load full of items. I waited a few minutes and asked if I could go to another line with my return. The same employee who wasn't doing anything else up front said I had to wait there. After another couple minutes the customer ahead of me was still checking out with the same cartload of goods, so I left and returned another day when we were out in the same area."

"Waited on line under a sign that said return and exchanges. Finally got to the register that had a sign in front of it that said return ( the word policy was covered) the cashier said returns are only done there and pointed to another register. It sure would have been helpful if the sign hanging above said. Reruns and exchanges done at register 3 and 4 only. I mentioned it to the manager. His response was. That’s the sign the company gives me. They have lost my business."
