"I had the worst experience of my entire life with this business. I would rate my experience a zero if I could. The receptionist was awful and for the first time in my life, I left an establishment embarrassed and in tears. When I came into The Holmes Organization I was not greeted kindly at all. The receptionist looked at me and rolled her eyes as soon as I came in. I said hello, introduced myself, and stated what I was there for. She did not acknowledge me at all! After standing there for 2 minutes waiting for her to reply I finally asked her if she was going to assist me. She spoke to me in the most condescending disrespectful tone. I’ve never been treated so horribly in my life! Her behavior is deplorable! The experience was extremely humiliating and I don’t know what I did to deserve it. I didn’t know what else to do but leave. She is an older lady and perhaps angry that at her age she’s still in the position of a receptionist. Regardless of that, she shouldn’t take that out on potential clients. The Holmes Organization has probably lost a lot of potential clients just because of how terrible the first face you see of this business is. Unfortunately, The Holmes Organization will not be receiving my business ever, or anyone that I know, or come across. I have found another company that doesn’t employ Karen’s. I am treated kindly and respectfully. That was the worst service I’ve ever come across in all my years. I don’t know how someone in her position thinks she can treat people that way and get away with it. Perhaps this organization doesn't care if their employees are kind and courteous. If the first person I’m speaking to is that horrible I can only imagine how terrible the actual service is!"
