"Do NOT recommend this lawyer. After he accepts your money he will pretend like he’s doing all he can but doesn’t really do anything. YOU DONT SEE THE WORK…you just put faith he’s telling you the truth. He tells you you have to wait for the person to be deported or not to know if they will be deported….um obviously I could have come to that conclusion without spending thousands. Has poor communication skills and gives little to no details, constantly have to call to get information, doesn’t follow up. Basically it’s a scam. He will tell you he can’t guarantee anything and that he’s lost and won many cases only to make him seem honest, at least he’s telling you there’s a possibility he can’t win right?? He takes advantage of families that are desperate to get their loved one out of being deported. Very disappointed in his services, the good reviews are very misleading. Hope that he and his law firm take some accountability and stop taking peoples money if they don’t really want to try and help. **UPDATE** Jorge Delamar had the audacity to call my family member to ask us to take down this HONEST review. After my family member was deported on a Thursday it took him till Saturday to return the phone calls only to ask to take down the review. What a joke, do not PAY HIM MONEY and do your research. Make educated decisions. No regard for our time or money, just worried about reviews. If he had done his job correctly or from the beginning had refused to work with us because he KNEW the outcome from his 20+ years of “experience” I wouldn’t have to leave this review. Hope the 4 grand was worth it!"
