"I ordered a box of cigars from this place and they were delivered in about 5 days which is great. What's not great is they never sent me any shipping conformation. Luckily I got them before someone stole them off my porch. They also sent the wrong kind (a cheap cigar than I ordered) and when I called they said they did it since they didn't have what I ordered. I was willing to switch but then they said it would be another 2 weeks before they even got some in. Most companies would compensate for the mess up but not them. They acted like it was no big deal. Don't order anything online from this place"
