"Absolutely the most disgusting unprofessional Attorney you will ever meet. She doesn’t do her job, she constantly lies. Shows up late to mediations, Court, depositions with no regard to anyone else. She has literally robbed our family of over 80k in attorneys fees and going on two years of litigation. She doesn’t return calls or emails and when she does it’s all lies and more time to waste money. She ask for a professional courtesy of extension and then never follows through. "The absolute worst experience with attorney Tracy Newmark. Shows up to your court hearing looking like she just rolled out of bed. Shows up unprepared and her fees are exuberant and inflated. Then when you fire her she sues her clients in small claims court for unearned legal fees. 2 thumbs down. Hired Attorney Seth Schneiderman and he resolved my issues quickly and professionally! Most importantly he did not over bill!! Which is a rampant trend with attorneys in South Fl."
