"The shop overall its great! But the costumer service it’s terrible! When we first arrived there was nobody there we had to wait like 20 minutes we even thought he had left. While we were waiting more people came in. The guy finally comes out and doesn’t even apologizes . I told him what i wanted to buy and he ignored me, then he went to ask the other people that had came after me. I told him again what i wanted since i was there first, he finally sold it to me. This guy always has an attitude! My husband comes here often and he tells me the same! I hope he owner reads this because he is going to lose money having rude people there. We are constantly buying stuff there but we may rather go somewhere else now. It’s a shame!"
"I stopped in after seeing a sale sign for a deal on vapes, and picked up four disposables from the friendly employee inside. Unfortunately, all four of the vapes were burnt in less than an hour. I understand they were discounted and have reasonable expectations, but the vapes should last way longer than an hour. It seems like they were just offloading some ancient stock instead of just throwing it away. What a disappointing experience."
"Will sell you a faulty battery and not give you a refund or exchange they will give you the exact same terrible battery and tell you there’s nothing they can do. Would not recommend, kid was nice and seemed like he knew his stuff. Boss man doesn’t seem like he knows how to properly run a business."
"DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM THIS STORE. Bought a faulty Vaporesso Xros Mini vape from from this store and attempted to return it less than a week after after buying it. Owner refused to refund my money and only offered to exchange it. Don't do business with these kinds of people."
