"They sold us a broken pipe and wouldn’t exchange it when we noticed the crack on the inside, even though we had bought it within that same hour. It was clean and unused and the guy who sold it to us was just quiet the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re trying to get conned"

"Customer service was great! just the products have me questioning my return. i bought a 5000 hit rechargeable vape and a 2500 hit mint vape. both were very dissatisfying. the rechargeable wouldnt even charge on the 1st day and the mint is already toxic tasting after just a day and a half. (it literally smells burnt and toxic ive never seen a vape do that!) Also employees were very nice and as helpful as they could be but what kind of store cant even help a customer without a manager around? i swear i heard that like 30 times. train your employees more especially if they’re running the store by themselves. its just asking for the customer and the employee to get frustrated. overall tho definitely not the worst vape shop i just hope the other products are better edit: definitely had to change my rating! i went in and was greeted and helped immediately. the new vape is charging and tastes delicious! to clarify a little in my 1st review, the mint one was used for about a day and a half before it started smelling weird so im assuming i just chiefed it and used all the oil. not gonna buy that particular vape again but im definitely coming back for some new and different flavors! thank you guys so much! (pic below is the new vape, very tasty 10/10)"
