"Horrible experience I have a medical marijuana license and whoever it was that gave such horrible service kicked me and my girlfriend out of the store because apparently I couldn’t say the word BONG. I’m honestly confused and Iv never been treated like this before idk if it’s because I’m BLACK But I was in the store for 2 seconds so it had nothing to do with my character. He didn’t let me know there was any rules before hand and there are no signs stating there was any rules about what and what not to say."

"Spent over a hundred bucks on my 3rd visit here. I was told by the little girl that I could return what I purchased for a store credit if I was not satisfied. Went in and of course I was denied. She said she never said that and blah blah blah! I brought the box the piece and the receipt, they could nothing!!! Their solution is for me to spend more money with them and they will give me a discount on my purchase. Seriously! Never spending another some at your establishment. No customer service and the most expensive smoke shop around! I will be telling everyone around here not to visit your store, I have lived in margate my entire life and know a lot of people. With all the other completion around km sure they won't have a problem going to a different shop! Thanks for ruining my day and my husbands birthday."

"PLEASE BEWARE: Service is horrible, the "manager" is rude and dismissive. I bought a mini vaper and my cartridge did not fit. I asked HIM prior to buying the vaper if I can return it. He said yes once the item was not used. He even mentioned if I had batteries issues that the manufacturer has a 1 year warranty (Which is not the case). I bring it back, he looks at the item, to check if it's not used (which it was not) and tells me he's not returning it. He even takes a cartridge from the store to test it and sees for himself it needs to be forced in and doesn't fit. IT DID NOT FIT NATURALLY. PLUS, he has the audacity to call me liar because he never said he would return it if it was not used, I told him check the securiry cameras.. PLEASE BEWARE they are not honorable, so now I have wasted $40. I have not even had this item for 2 days. Not even worth 1 star."
