"If you urgently need someone to help you with your case, THIS MAN ISN'T THE ONE. It's been almost 3 years since me and my boyfriend had a car crash incident and this man makes promises that he will fight for my case and he doesn't. He never answers calls and never calls you to update you about your case (which is apart of his job) and never progresses with your case nor does anything to help you. He spends most of his time going on vacation, rather than actually doing his job. I promise you, if you don't want to waste your time, don't bother going to him."
