I am now trying to close on selling my house and come to find out that they never settled the utilities debt from the previous owner. I emailed Michael Iaocobelli and left voicemail for him and Natasha with no response you would think since I have done 3 closings with them that they would step up and take responsibility for their error and settle this debt.i highly do not recommend this company"
