"Jay Mcclendon sued me in an estate case. I was the POA for both parents whose names appeared on my parents' bank account. I was also the caregiver for my dad and mom until I became disabled (10 years). I was the administrator of my mom's estate; he had the will before he sued me. His former partner at a law firm suggested I go to him. I showed him text messages from my family that frightened me. My relatives, a brother and niece, who sent the texts from Ohio went to him while I was trying to recover from anorexia nervosa and other issues. He sued me in 2020 during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am asthmatic and my physician wrote a letter stating that I was not supposed to have social contact with people. The estate case took 2.5 years and I am still recovering emotionally. He is not a disabled friendly attorney. Avoid."
